In the beginning...
Tracy Marshall has been involved in telemarketing for the last 20 years – initially setting-up an in-house
telemarketing team in her early twenties following a successful pilot campaign which had been outsourced to a local
company.
It was very clear from the initial pilot scheme that telemarketing would prove to be a real asset for the existing sales force, making qualified appointments for them. She also got involved in the recruitment, training, systems set-up and managing of all the personnel.
Company Foundation...
Approach Telemarketing came about whilst Tracy was co-running another business with her husband.
In such a busy environment, they were doing less and less marketing, no telemarketing which resulted in the business targeting no new customers.
Tracy realised that similar businesses must be in an identical predicament, and saw the potential in offering telemarketing and marketing support services to other growing companies.
Knowledge is everything...
Tracy is an experienced marketing professional implementing various marketing plans, marketing strategies and producing a whole range of marketing collateral. She has taken telemarketing to another level and is able to achieve fantastic results even where other telemarketing agencies have failed. She uses her knowledge and business acumen to identify her customers' key strengths and in most cases finds alternate angles to promote her customer services over the telephone. Tracy is also an effective project manager and works well with staff to achieve their best results.
She is an experience networker, a member of various B2B networking groups nationwide, and is a fellow member of Institute of Sales and Marketing.
